Cloud access starts in the app.

Cloud sign-in and billing are still rolling out during the beta. You can use Taskmin free and offline today. If you'd like early access to cloud sync, request it from the Pricing page.

Use Taskmin free today.

The offline desktop workspace does not require an account. Install Taskmin, open the app, and start planning on one computer.

  • Local inbox, tasks, calendar, timeline, and notes
  • No paid checkout required for offline use
  • Keep your own backup while the beta settles

Refresh cloud access in Settings.

Once you have an account, sign in from inside the Taskmin app, then use Settings - Billing to refresh your cloud access after any change.

Cloud entitlement behavior

Payment changes pause cloud, not your desktop workspace.

Free accounts

Free accounts can keep using the local desktop workspace. Cloud sync and future encrypted cloud backups require active entitlement.

Paid or code-enabled accounts

After entitlement is active, Settings Billing shows cloud sync availability and pending desktop queue entries can flush normally.

Cancelled or expired accounts

Local work remains editable. Cloud uploads and backups pause until billing is fixed and refreshed in the desktop app.
