Information We Collect
The website may process technical request data through Cloudflare Pages and related Cloudflare services. Installer downloads are planned for Cloudflare R2.
If you email support or use a future feedback form, we may receive your name, email address, app version, platform, message text, screenshots, and any other information you choose to send.
If you sign in or use cloud features, Taskmin may process account identifiers, authentication metadata, sync records, backup metadata, and related operational records through Supabase or a similar provider.
Local Workspace Data
Taskmin desktop stores local workspace data on your device. Local data may include projects, tasks, notes, calendar records, workstreams, tags, priorities, settings, backups, and profile metadata.
Local data stays on your device unless you use a feature that sends it somewhere else, such as cloud sync, cloud backup, AI provider calls, support reports, exports, or backups you manually share.
Cloud, Backup, And AI Features
Cloud sync is optional and account-scoped where enabled. Paid cloud backup is planned around client-side encryption and owner-scoped metadata, but it should not be treated as active until the product UI says it is enabled.
AI features may send selected workspace context or prompts to the AI provider you configure or choose. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Payments
Taskmin paid sales are not currently enabled. If paid plans, subscriptions, discount codes, trials, or merchant-of-record checkout are enabled, the payment provider or merchant of record will collect payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may receive transaction records such as customer email, product, plan, entitlement status, amount, currency, payment status, refund status, and support history.
How We Use And Share Information
We use information to operate Taskmin, authenticate accounts, provide sync and backup features, respond to support and deletion requests, diagnose bugs, manage entitlements, protect against abuse, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
We may share information with service providers such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Fastmail or another email provider, Sentry or a similar diagnostics provider if enabled, GitHub or similar bug-tracking tools, payment processors or merchants of record if paid features are enabled, and bookkeeping, tax, legal, or security providers as needed.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private Taskmin workspace content for advertising.
Your Choices And Contact
You may use local-only features where available, choose whether to sign in or use cloud features, export or back up local data using available Taskmin tools, and remove sensitive information before sending support reports.
For privacy, support, and cloud deletion requests, email [email protected]. Local Taskmin data is stored on your device and is handled separately from cloud account deletion.
